The large kitchen living space in this family home had an awkward layout. Robertson Lindsay were employed to redesign the space for a new kitchen, a lighting plan and all the creative interior design. The scheme was inspired by the colours in the garden which are seen through the large sets of doors at the end of the room. Bespoke cabinetry was designed to sit either side of the wood burning stove. The sofa, armchair, ottoman and sisal rug were all made at a bespoke size to suit the space. Interlined, triple pleat curtains and a large roman blind in a gorgeous Lewis and Wood fabric are complemented by burnt orange velvet cushions and a tweed herringbone fabric.
