This country home on the West coast of Scotland was in need of a full redesign.  We were approached with the brief to transform it from a working farmhouse in to a warm and cosy, relaxing rural holiday home.

There were a number of room layout changes; changing a storage cupboard into a small bathroom and also changing an unused utility room into a fun games room with a pool table, dart board, a large TV and gaming console.  Our client wanted to keep the existing kitchen, by replacing the wall units with open shelving, changing the tiles, wall and ceiling colours, the room is transformed into a bright airy country kitchen.  The larger of the bedrooms needed to offer a more flexible layout and can be used either as a family bedroom or as a triple room.

This project was in a remote area of Scotland and only visited twice, once to take measurements with the second being all items delivered and the home fully dressed on the same day.
